About Gary Korpita

Gary Korpita is an experienced leadership development professional, spending more than 20 years in the field. With a passion for leadership assessment, coaching, and development, Gary has contributed to the development of many successful leaders throughout his career.

Prior to starting his own leadership development business, Gary worked as a senior development leader for Colonial Life Insurance and SCANA Corporation. His ability to create innovative and sustainable development solutions resulted in Gary and his teams receiving several awards and recognitions. 

Gary received his bachelor's degree in sports medicine with honors from Marietta College and his master's degree in exercise science with high honors from George Washington University. He is a graduate of both Leadership Columbia and Leadership SC programs and holds certifications to administer and interpret several leadership assessments. 

Gary is married with two children. When not working, he enjoys spending time with his family, hiking, kayaking, traveling and playing golf.
