About Gary Korpita
Gary Korpita is an experienced leadership development professional, spending more than 20 years in the field. With a passion for leadership assessment, coaching, and development, Gary has contributed to the development of many successful leaders throughout his career.​
​
Prior to starting his own leadership development business, Gary worked as a senior development leader for Colonial Life Insurance and SCANA Corporation. His ability to create innovative and sustainable development solutions resulted in Gary and his teams receiving several awards and recognitions.
​
Gary received his bachelor's degree in sports medicine with honors from Marietta College and his master's degree in exercise science with high honors from George Washington University. He is a graduate of both Leadership Columbia and Leadership SC programs and holds certifications to administer and interpret several leadership assessments.
​
Gary is married with two children. When not working, he enjoys spending time with his family, hiking, kayaking, traveling and playing golf.
